The central message and long-term mission of Christian organizations can be sabotaged by unhealthy relationships or foundational structure. Noble vision degenerates into failed purpose.
It's not that the end goals are wrong or that the ministry vision is unworthy or unbiblical. Rather with laser focus upon the end goals, it is easy for well meaning men and women to neglect the key factors that undergird success. Like a great battleship where the command has been given for all hands on deck, if the engine room and hull are neglected, no one may notice the problem until the large guns slip beneath the sea.
Men and women along with their families are often damaged when Christian ministries fail. The full scope of lost potential to the mission and the Kingdom of God is not easily measured.
HCM was founded to provide a resource for establishing holistic and successful ministries for long-term impact for the Kingdom of God.
Building Healthy Ministry Foundations
Healthy Christian Ministries exists to provide resources for Christian churches, ministries, and leaders to experience long-term success in carrying out their calling to God's mission. HCM can provide:
- Targeted coaching to help individuals, teams, and boards establish long term health and success.
- Retreats, seminars, and interactive media focused upon Biblical principles for organizational structure, interpersonal relationships, leadership roles and function.
- Pastoral mediation to resolve conflicts among congregations, boards, committees, or staff.
- Leadership interims: 1) interim pastoral or executive leadership, 2) consulting advice and counsel, 3) training for teams, committees, and congregations.
- A network and clearing house of resources for organizations and individuals to assist in the establishment of holistic ministry.
- Consultation for Board members, organizational officers, ministers, and laity.
- Research aimed at best practices for congregations, Christian organizations, boards, and staff focusing on success in leadership, transition, relationships, and organizational structure.

Meet the Founder
With over four decades of service as a senior pastor, staff minister, corporate officer/ board member and as the president of an international Christian mission, Randy Adkisson is passionate about seeing ministers, missionaries, and their families, as well as the ministries they serve, experience the wholeness and long-term success in service to the Lord.
